This treatment is done in our beautiful hanging pods. Your feet will be soaked and exfoliated with salts, your therapist will massage and pamper tired achy legs and feet, applying specific pressure to feet leaving you feeling like your walking on clouds!

In business we all know how important it is to have motivated happy staff. What a great way to show your staff how much you appreciate them and their hard work with a team trip to the spa for some much earned time out. We can work with your budget and requirements and really give them the WOW factor and fantastic service.
We also do special rates on our Temple Body and Soul vouchers for corporate bulk purchases, our fantastic management team are always available to talk to you.
Gift vouchers are available by service, package or value. If you require assistance don’t hesitate to contact reception. You can order and pay over the phone and have your voucher mailed out or come into the spa and speak to a therapist for assistance.
We require at least 6 hrs notice of cancellation on the day. We ask that you cancel as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment.
In the case of group bookings we require a 20% deposit. If you cancel within less than 6 hours your deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations with in 2 hours or no shows we require a 50% charge of services booked.
Unfortunately in Glen Waverley we have strong parking restrictions. Please try and park in a longer term park. Their are two multi level car parks available which allow up to 4 hours of free parking. They are both located at the end of Kingsway. Please remember that we ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to the commencement of your service.
We provide disposable underwear, robe, gown and footwear for your comfort during the treatment. We recommend you come in something comfortable to retain you state of bliss on departure.
We recommend drinking plenty of water before and after your treatment to avoid dehydration and to increase the benefits of your spa experience.
Please try and avoid alcohol consumption prior to and post treatment.
It is highly recommended that you pre book your treatment in advance to avoid disappointment.
IF YOU BOOK A FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT ON THE DAY OF YOUR SERVICE YOU WILL RECEIVE A 5% DISCOUNT ON THAT APPOINTMENT. (NOT VALID IF CHANGES MADE).
Please arrive at least 15 mins prior to booking time. If it’s your first visit to Temple Body and Soul you will need to fill out your consultation form. If you have been to us before it is best to arrive early, change into your robe and enjoy our relax area and beautiful spa books and tea.
If you have booked in for a retreat or escape package please arrive at least 15 mins prior. If you would like food or beverages during your retreat or escape, we have a menu available, please request upon your arrival.
While a necessary part of modern living, we ask that you switch your phone to silent or turn it off so as to maintain a relaxing environment.
It is not recommended to experience any heat treatments whilst pregnant; it is unsafe to increase the core body temperature during pregnancy. Please advise your therapist before your treatment if you are currently pregnant or trying to become pregnant. You therapist will be able to adapt and alter your treatment for safety and comfort.
Please arrive at least 15 mins before your treatment time. This will allow you to fill in a consultation form, change and prepare for your treatment. We will endeavor to accommodate late arrivals but due to other bookings, your treatment time will need to finish on time, possibly decreasing the length of your treatment.
Please respect others treatments in progress and speak quietly and ensure mobile phones are switched off or on silent.
If you are pregnant it is advised you do not experience any heat treatments due to the likelihood of increasing the body’s core temperature.
If you suffer from back, muscle or joint pain please let your therapist know before commencement of treatment.
Please shave on the morning of your facial to avoid discomfort.
Where possible it is advised you avoid bringing valuables to the spa. You will be given a locker with a key to store your personal items. The spa takes no responsibility for your belongings.
